Olá, desculpe, acho que agora mandei da forma correta.


Em anexo está também a exigência da casa, que foi uma declaração por um especialista, que a mesma solicitou e agora recusa a aceitar alegando ser falsa. No documento consta Assinatura e carimbo da especialista e ao lado assinatura da unidade com CNPJ, passaram a ignorar meus e-mails. O saldo permanece bloqueado. Antes dessa solicitação já havia sido encaminhado documento frente e verso, selfie, e selfie com o documento. E agora estou parado por conta dessa exigência abusiva feita pela MelBet

Os únicos documentos solicitados foram esses (documento, selfie com documento e declaração médica)


Essa declaração que foi sendo o problema, foi enviada a mesma declaração várias vezes e formatos diferentes, pode ver que eles não foram específicos comigo sobre como deveria ser o documento e por quem deveria ser feito, eu estava mandando um documento feito por psicólogo até descobrir que eles queriam um por psiquiatra.



Vou deixar em anexo o documento que estava sendo enviado, oque enviei anteriormente é o mais recente atualizado, mesmo assim até agora a empresa não aceitou.

Oi, receberam as fotos? Algum retorno sobre? Estou de saco cheio da MelBet, estão exigindo uma documentação de caráter ilegal, mesmo assim, fui lá, paguei um psiquiatra apenas para me dar tal declaração. Agora eles não aceitam, falam que não é o documento original

Dear CasinoReviews Team,

I am filing this complaint against Melbet due to an unjustified refusal to process my withdrawal.
After completing all the verification steps requested (including providing my ID document, a selfie with the document, and the background email), Melbet has now requested a medical declaration stating that I am not addicted to gambling, which can only be obtained through a paid medical consultation.

This demand is absolutely abusive and not a standard practice among reputable betting sites. It constitutes an illegitimate obstacle to prevent the payout of my winnings.

Additionally, after I questioned this requirement, Melbet stopped responding to my emails, leaving me with no way to access my funds.

I request the immediate release of my balance without the requirement of any additional document that is unrelated to the original account verification process.

I trust that AskGamblers will help mediate this issue and that Melbet will respect consumer rights and its obligations towards its players.
